Las Vegas Night Driving for Adults & Teens. Nevada Drivers under 18 must complete 10 hours of nighttime driving of the 50 hours required behind the wheel. Parents often do not have the time. One route to reducing crashes is having teens practice on progressively more challenging Las Vegas roads at night and in bad weather.​
