Parallel Parking Lesson and Regular Parking $115.00 (One Hour)

Parallel Parking is a component of the Nevada DMV Road Test.

Parallel parking isn't hard once you've done it a few times, but it can be nerve-wracking if you're new, or trying to do it right for a driving test. Thankfully, we have a simple method step-by-step breakdown of how to parallel park perfectly every single time.

During our Lesson we will parallel park on the street and also at the Las Vegas DMV where you will be taking your road test. This lesson parallel parking lesson needs to be booked late afternoon when the DMV closes Monday - Saturday. Or Sunday they are closed all day.

During the week day business hours we are not allowed to practice parallel parking at the DMV barrels as they are testing.

Parallel Parking is worth 6 points on your Nevada DMV Road Test. There are numerous ways you can fail and loose the valuable points. Its worth hiring someone to help with a lesson on Parallel Parking at the DMV Barrels.

Recently Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration eliminated parallel parking from the state's driving test recently after determining that mastering the much-feared and obsessively practiced skill would no longer be necessary to secure a license in the state.

Maryland joins neighbor Virginia (but not Washington, D.C.), in not assessing parallel-parking skills, as well as these states: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota and Wyoming.
Maybe someday Nevada will eliminate parallel parking also.

Regular Parking Lesson

During your Nevada DMV Road Test you will need to back up with the DMV examiner and return after the test and park properly. Meaning between the lines in the middle of the parking space and aligned straight with the cars wheel straight also. Parking in a public shopping lot can be challenging, especially for a new driver. Sometimes, parking spaces are small and narrow and the lot is very crowded with cars and pedestrians. There are three different types of parking spaces in parking lots: angled, perpendicular, and parallel. You will need to be well practiced at all of these before passing a driver's road test exam or getting on the road.

There are various reference points that can be used for alignment. We believe our method is the most simple to understand and execute for anyone. Parallel Parking Lessons are included in all regular driving lessons we offer. We generally parallel park 3 times during the course of a two hour driving lesson . We will pick Las Vegas streets in your area. Our one hour Las Vegas parallel parking lessons will concentrate solely on regular lot parking and parallel parking.
