Teen Driver Killed

My oldest child, Wade H. C. (18 years old), a passenger in a 2001 Mitsubishi Mirage that was speeding (speed not yet determined) The driver lost control of the car and hit a large pine tree. The driver was given a ticket for reckless driving which has since been reduced to improper control of a vehicle. Accident took place 12 July 2004.

The driver, also 18, had just completed the required drivers education program and received the 90 temporary license from the driving instructor just 9 days prior to killing my son. The driver had 2 pending tickets-driving without a license and speeding 73 in a 55mph zone.
